Sygole SG-UR-I84 (multi-channel) reader is ultra-high frequency RFID read/write devices with integrated antennas that support multi-channel expansion.They have the characteristics of fast identification speed,high accuracy,long identification distance and convenient networking.Their operating frequency is 860MHz-960MHz,in line with EPC Global Class 1 Gen 2/ IS0-18000-6C. They support extended multi-channel RF output and have multiple isolated I/O ports.The maximum output power is 27dBm,supporting multiple (configurable) communication methods such as RS-485 and Ethernet (POE). The housing is made of sturdy aluminum.

Typical Application
Distributed production line
The SG-UR-I84 reader can be installed on the production line and connected to the internal information system via serial port and TCP. Three antenna ports can be used to flexibly connect different types of antennas, such as near-field antennas, far-field small-gain antennas, etc., to set up four collection points, and collect information on the tagged items in the coverage area of the collection points. The information is then fed back to the upper control system for management control. Thereby achieving the purpose of improving efficiency, reducing costs and effective control.
Vehicle unloading position management
The SG-UR-I84 reader can be installed on the ceiling of the unloading position. By reading the unloading vehicle or the tag buried on the ground surface, it is judged whether the parking position of the vehicle is accurate and an alarm is issued for the wrong parking. The SG-UR-I84 supports three external antennas so that one device can control four unloading positions. The reader is connected to the background control network through the POE interface, which facilitates large-scale networking applications, and can be centrally monitored in the background.This system can improve the accuracy and efficiency of unloading and reduce the guidance staff.
