SYGOLE SG-HR-S6 series reader is an enhanced high frequency RFID read-write device. Its working frequency is 13.56mHz, in line with ISO-15693 standard and with support max output power of 36dBm. Support serial communication and field bus communication. Provide multiple isolation I/O port.Sturdy, compact molded aluminum housing is designed to withstand harsh industrial conditions.
This series reader with features as high sensitivity , strong communication ability, good environmental adaptability and high level of protection .

SG-HR-S6 series reader can dock with the machine, through reading the RFID tag which be installed in the tools holder, passing these information to the machine, to realize every tool holder’s identification, tracking, and completing automatic setting of CNC machining parameters.

²Automobile Production Line

SG-HR-S6 series reader can dock with various PLCs such as Siemens,Schneider and Mitsubishi. By reading the RFID tag mounted on the tray,passing the information to the PLC,to realize the mixed flow production of the automobile weliding line, final assembly line, coating ling, tire sorting line and other production lines, and the efficiency of automobitl production line can be greatly improved. 

²Household appliances/3C mixed flow production line

SG-HR-S6 series readers can identify the tags mounted on the components (trays)/tooling plate, pass the processing information to the PLC,and write the production information issued by the PLC to the tag. Achieve parts identification,process identification,production beat control,material error prevention to ensure assembly accuracy,improve assembly efficiency and quality.
