SYGOLE SG-HA-181/182 are a high-performance HF RFID antennas. Its working frequency is 13.56MHz. It is connected to the reader through a coaxial cable. The head cover is made of ABS engineering plastic, and the shell is made of metal with thread. It has the advantages of firm structure, high protection level, reliable sealing performance, and long service life. It can be widely used in the identification and management of products, tools, and auxiliary equipment in machine tools, machining centers, and manufacturing lines.

Supporting S1, S6 series readers, can be installed on the tool setting instrument, used to read and write tool tags, The information of tool measurement and correction be written to RFID tags; Be installed inside the machine tool, when the  tools is changed fromtoptobottom, the specification parameters stored in the handle tag can be identified, the processing scheme can be invoked, the service life information can be evaluated, and the parameter input and use record of the machine tool can be realized automatically.

Can be used with S1, S6 series readers, Installed on the side or bottom of the closed precision production line, the read head recognition range is accurate,And the tag installation position is closely matched, which can realize the identification of the information which from product information in the Skid tag and tray tag,  processing technology . To guide product Route, Control production cycle, track processing, etc.
